WASHINGTON A report released today by the insurance industry shows the 2007 Toyota Camry and 2006 RAV-Four earn top marks in front and side-crash tests. The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety gave the 2006 Kia Optima and 2007 Dodge Caliber top scores in frontal tests. But the Caliber had the second-to-lowest score in side tests. The Optima wasn't tested on side protection. Six vehicles were tested.
